I just copy what is posted in the FAQ section:

"Disable AdBlock and VPN / try a different browser. If that doesn't help then it's a site issue and you and it won't be fixed. Alternatively, you can ask the uploader if he still has the video."

I hope this helps you.
 
Some mobile video-downloader apps can scan for the "get_file" link for those videos showing the HTML5 error. I've tried with 1DM, sometimes it works, most the times it doesn't., but it's worth a try anyway.
